Below a link to the final Community Health Needs Assessment:
]]>Every three years, the Central New Hampshire Health Partnership conducts a Community Health Needs Survey for our region. This assessment helps inform our planning for health care services and other community health initiatives.
We understand that the current pandemic affecting our state and nation is a top concern for all of us. Along with you and many dedicated people across our region, we are working hard to keep our communities healthy and safe. Hearing from you will help us identify the most important health needs not only now, but for the coming years. We encourage you to make your voice count on behalf of the health of your family, friends and neighbors.
Please take a few minutes to share your insights through this survey. The more people that answer the survey, the better information we will have for directing our actions to improve the health and well-being of our community.
On behalf of the Central New Hampshire Health Partnership, we thank you for all you are doing to support the health and well-being of our communities now and always.

]]>BeBop Labs is collecting your ticks to help our community see the risk of getting bitten by an infected tick in our backyards and favorite outdoor places. Your work gathering ticks gives BeBop Labs information about when and where the ticks were found. They then test each tick for prospective pathogens they carry and the results are posted back at our local parks and at-risk areas.
BeBop Labs hopes to provide scientific data about our risk of getting bitten by an infected tick locally, decrease fear of ticks, increase prevention of disease, and increase the detection of early onset Lyme disease because we all are looking for ticks.

FEMA, in collaboration with other federal partners, announced the “Until Help Arrives” program, developed to educate and empower the public to act and provide lifesaving care before professional help arrives. Jurisdictions can use the videos, web-based and in-person training, and other resources to encourage people to act. For more information, visit the FEMA website.
