We know that complex problems such as substance use disorders are just too big for a single individual, organization or level of government to solve alone. It requires a bigger vision and collaborative action which engages all stakeholders on the local, statewide, and federal level. This process is known as Collective Action—Collective Impact. The Central NH Public Health Network is a shining example of collaboration in action. We understand that our greatest strength lies in collaboration not competition. The Central NH Health Partnership recognized the value of collaboration and put these principles into action over 8 years ago. CADY is very proud to be a member of the Central NH Health Partnership—an organization that is dedicated to excellence in practice in our member organizations as well as our collaborative initiatives. The importance of healthy living and safety in our homes and communities are values that we all share.
