We're Here to Help

  • Working as part of the Central NH Health Partnership has broadened my perspective, expanded my awareness, and network within Central NH. It is rewarding to work with the collaborative, caring, and talented community throughout Central NH.
Angel Ekstrom, Public Health Network Coordinator
  • We know that complex problems such as substance use disorders are just too big for a single individual, organization or level of government to solve alone.  It requires a bigger vision and collaborative action which engages all stakeholders on the local, statewide, and federal level.  This process is known as Collective Action—Collective Impact.  The Central NH Public Health Network is a shining example of collaboration in action.  We understand that our greatest strength lies in collaboration not competition.  The Central NH Health Partnership recognized the value of collaboration and put these principles into action over 8 years ago.  CADY is very proud to be a member of the Central NH Health Partnership—an organization that is dedicated to excellence in practice in our member organizations as well as our collaborative initiatives.  The importance of healthy living and safety in our homes and communities are values that we all share.
    Deb Naro, CADY Executive Director
  • Who could have anticipated that NANA and Newfound Pathways would collaborate to help Central New Hampshire solve identified high priority health challenges. Healthy eating, active lifestyles and combating obesity can be promoted through multiple therapies, education, walking, running and cycling on trails and pathways constructed for outdoor enthusiasts. How rewarding it is to identify a common ground and join with groups that have very divergent missions to educate and offer programs designed to achieve healthy communities. Additionally, working across multiple community sectors to support each other’s missions and by integrating our approaches, the organizations of the Central New Hampshire Health Partnership have joined police, fire, state and local officials to prepare and execute pandemic immunizations and respond to many other public health challenges.

Patricia A. Wentworth, RN, MBA, Executive Director, Newfound Area Nursing Association (NANA)
